1. Agreement
By accessing or using BeatsByET ("the website"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
2. Products and licenses
BeatsByET sells digital music products including beats, beat packs, and sample packs. Upon purchase you receive a non-exclusive license to use the product as specified:
- Basic License: personal and non-commercial use, up to 10,000 streams, with audio tag (watermark).
- Commercial License: commercial use, up to 500,000 streams, no watermark.
- Exclusive License: full exclusive rights — beat is removed from the store after purchase.
All licenses are non-transferable. You may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute the purchased files.
3. Memberships
Membership subscriptions are billed monthly or yearly. You may cancel at any time via your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused days.
4. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. BeatsByET is not liable for losses caused by unauthorised access to your account. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
5. Prohibited use
You may not use the website to:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation.
- Infringe intellectual property rights.
- Distribute malware or engage in fraudulent activity.
- Scrape, copy, or reproduce content without permission.
6. Intellectual property
All music, artwork, and website content is owned by BeatsByET or licensed to us. Nothing on this website grants you rights beyond what is specified in your purchased license.
7. Limitation of liability
BeatsByET is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or purchased products. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant product.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
9. Changes
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
