Cookie Policy

1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files stored on your device by your browser when you visit a website. They help the website remember your preferences and keep you logged in.
2. Which cookies do we use?
BeatsByET uses two categories of cookies:
| Category | Cookie / Storage | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
| Functional | sb-access-token | Login session (Supabase) | 1 hour |
| Functional | sb-refresh-token | Keeps you logged in between visits | 60 days |
| Functional | bh_cookie_prefs | Stores your cookie preferences | Persistent (local) |
| Analytics | Vercel Analytics | Anonymous page views (no personal data) | No cookie — server-side |
3. Functional cookies (always active)
Functional cookies are necessary for the site to work. Without them you can't log in, can't add beats to your cart, and the audio player won't be remembered properly. You can't refuse them, but they don't store any personally identifiable information.
4. Analytics cookies (optional)
We use Vercel Analytics to track anonymous statistics such as page views and popular pages. Vercel Analytics uses no cookies and stores no IP addresses or personal data. The data is not shared with third parties. You can decline this category in our cookie banner.
5. Third-party cookies
When you check out, you are redirected to Stripe's payment page. Stripe may set their own cookies on their domain. See Stripe's Cookie Policy for more information.
6. Refuse or manage cookies
You can adjust your cookie preferences in two ways:
- Through our cookie banner — click to show the cookie banner again.
- Through your browser settings: Chrome · Firefox · Safari
